For a day-of cancellation or no-call no-show you will be charged 100% of the appointment total.
Cancelling less than 24 hours in advance will lead to a 50% cancellation fee of your booked appointment total.
When rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, a deposit will be needed for your next appointment.
I understand that unexpected circumstances arise, so please don't hesitate to reach out and let me know what's happening.
Please note that there are no refunds, however, you are welcome to contact me within 2 weeks following your appointment to fix anything that doesn't fully satisfy your expectations, free of charge.
