  • For a day-of cancellation or no-call no-show you will be charged 100% of the appointment total. 

  • Cancelling less than 24 hours in advance will lead to a 50% cancellation fee of your booked appointment total. 

  • When rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, a deposit will be needed for your next appointment.

  • I understand that unexpected circumstances arise, so please don't hesitate to reach out and let me know what's happening.

  • Please note that there are no refunds, however, you are welcome to contact me within 2 weeks following your appointment to fix anything that doesn't fully satisfy your expectations, free of charge.
